These are city directories for Fredericksburg. They are shipped around July/August of every year. The invoice is sent via mail, not email.
The books and the invoice ship separately, the books usually come first.
Log on to eVA and duplicate last year's order.
Once you duplicate the old order, change this information:
Even though the company's eVA page says they do not accept Pcard, they do. Make sure the Header Field 1 says: Pcard not accepted within eVA but paying Supplier with Pcard.
There is no need to add your Pcard to the order.
Once approved, call and pay.
