McNaughton is a division of the Brodart Company. A McNaughton subscription allows us to rent books from them. If they circulate well, we can permanently keep them and if not we send them back.
Stamp the date of which the email was sent, not when you first read it.
First you'll have to fill out the approval form for purchases over $1,000.
You will also probably have to fill out the temporary SPCC credit limit increase form.
Log on to eVA and find the old order to duplicate it. Check the eVA Confirming Orders page for more in depth details.
Once you duplicate the old order, change this information:
Select your Pcard.
Submit for Approval.
Call the number on the invoice and when asked to input the extension type:
7533
This extension will connect you to Audra Flanders who will process your payment.
If she asks if you want a receipt say yes.
Make sure to explain that you only have two weeks to pay for this because of your temporary credit limit and if they do not process your payment it will be denied.
Print your documentation twice once for the SPCC folder and once for the Brodart McNaughton vendor folder.
