The Battlefield is the University's yearbook. The first edition was published in 1913 and new editions are still being archived with current graduating classes. The names of the school vary in the yearbook based on various name changes, from 1944 to 1972 the yearbook is connected to the school name Mary Washington College of the University of Virginia.
