Loisann’s Hope House is the Fredericksburg region’s oldest and largest family homeless shelter. Ther organization supports four core programs to mitigate homelessness: Emergency Shelter, Rapid Rehousing, Homelessness Helpline, and FredPrevent – Prevention.

RACSB is dedicated to education, recovery, treatment, and wellness of Planning District 16 residents affected by mental health and substance use disorders and developmental disabilities.

An early intervention program for infants and toddlers with developmental delays. They serve children ages 3 and younger who live in the City of Fredericksburg or the counties of Caroline, King George, Spotsylvania, and Stafford.

A home-visiting service that supports new parents by building positive parent-child relationships, understanding your child's development, and linking parents to available resources within the community.

The Rappahannock Area YMCA is dedicated to building healthy, confident, connected and secure children, adults, families and communities. There are dedicated programs through the YMCA with empowering women and families, and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
